These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the NERALOGY website and services. By booking an appointment or accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Appointments

NERALOGY does not operate a physical spa location or directly provide massage services.
We act as a referral and booking platform, connecting users with licensed massage therapists and verified partner salons in their area.

All appointments are fulfilled by our third-party partners, not by NERALOGY directly.

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

  • You must be 18 years or older to book a massage.

  • The exact location of your session will be shared after booking and is based on therapist availability and proximity.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

  • All prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes or service fees.

  • We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and supported digital payment providers.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fee being charged.

4. Health & Safety

  • Please notify your therapist in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or allergies.

  • Therapists reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to you or others.

  • NERALOGY services are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and may not be combined with other offers.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid only for the duration printed on the card.

  • Offers and discounts are subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • NERALOGY is not responsible for any injury, damages, or dissatisfaction resulting from services performed by third-party therapists or partner salons.

  • We act solely as a booking facilitator and do not control the operations of individual providers.

  • All services are provided “as is” and without warranties unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding on this website belong to NERALOGY and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
All legal matters or disputes will be handled in the courts of Chicago, IL.
